Picture yourself 10 years from now. Where are you? What do you look like and why? What is important to you? What makes you feel fulfilled, empowered, happy, or content?
This is a time to reflect, imagine, and daydream about your future. Take your time to answer these questions over the next 60-90 minutes. Be thoughtful and connect with your “deep” self (the one who knows things and gets things done). Really answer these questions and be specific about what’s important to you.
Choose one thing, something that’s important to you on a large scale and will affect your life, that you want to do better. What is this thing? Why do you want to “do it better”? How do you think you can accomplish that? How can your “strengths” help with this? (Write all of this down and be specific.)
