This entire semester we have covered what customer service is and how to achieve excellence in it. For your final exam, you are going to compose a 3-5 page essay, times new roman, double spaced, 12 point font, discussing the importance of customer service. You are to include topics from the text, as well as outside articles. You should include at least 3 current event articles supporting your reasonings. For example, if you discuss the importance of technology in customer service, which was covered in Ch.11, a good example I found would be an article on how Amazon is incorporating technology in it’s purchase of Whole Foods. Make sure to include a works cited.
