This is a criminal law problem question. Please use the IRAC method in solving and structuring which is:

-Rule or relevant Laws
-Application of the rule
Please use cases that are relevant to the issues to support the arguments instead of other sources.
Albus has been selling drugs in his local area. Bob, a local resident, has found out about this and is very angry. Bob has reported Albus’ activities to the police who have said that they will investigate. Weeks have passed, however, and Albus is still selling drugs in the area. Bob decides that he will deal with the matter himself. Bob goes home, picks up his hunting rifle, and goes out looking for Albus. Bob does not want to kill Albus, but he does want to scare him and to send to him a clear message that he should stop selling drugs. When Bob sees Albus standing on the street corner, he walks up to him and shoots him in the leg. Bob thinks that by shooting Albus in the leg it will cause him pain and suffering but that it is unlikely to kill Albus. On this occasion, however, the bullet hits an artery and Albus begins to bleed heavily.
Albus’ friend, Carson, hears about what has happened to Albus. Carson goes to Bob’s house to confront him. Bob is not at home. Bob’s adult son, Dylan, answers the door. Carson aggressively pushes Dylan against the wall and demands that he tell him where to find Bob. Dylan tries to escape Carson’s grip and to run away but he is unable to do so. Carson holds Dylan against the wall and continues shouting at him. Dylan, who is in a state of panic, suffers a heart attack and dies.
Meanwhile, Albus is taken to hospital for treatment. His bleeding is very serious and requires an operation. The operation is in fact successful, but as he recovers in hospital, Albus contracts an infection. Out of an irrational fear of antibiotics, Albus refuses to take the antibiotics that should have cured the infection, and dies.
Discuss the criminal liability, if any, of the parties.
